Hello my beautiful happy souls,

<\/div>
My name is Fabi, a certified Yoga and meditation Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Writer.<\/div>

<\/div>
I have over 1.500 hours of yoga teacher training experience, specialising in Vinyasa, infused with an expansive knowledge in a range of yogic practices, including Prenatal, Yin, SUP, and Aerial Yoga.<\/div>

<\/div>
Over the past years, I have gone from teaching one person on the beach in Mallorca, to hosting events, workshops and yoga classes all over the world, including supporting trainee instructors through their Yoga Teacher Training.<\/span><\/div>

<\/div>
My real journey began at the age of 23, when I left behind a corporate job in Italy, and moved abroad in hope of more freedom and fulfillment.<\/div>

<\/div>
After chasing endless certifications and external successes, to find myself still feeling lost and unaligned with my truth, I shifted the focus away from career and back towards myself.<\/div>

<\/div>
Discovering an illuminated path of personal development and spirituality, I experienced a radical inner transformation that sparked inspiration to help other people do the same.<\/span><\/div>

<\/div>
My own wellness brand, Free Happy Soul offers an outlet for my passion for wellness, travel, and writing.<\/div>

<\/div>
Today, I continue to teach yoga around the world in soul-expanding locations, such as Spain, Portugal, Colombia, Philippines, and more, alongside supporting people through my Yoga and Ayurvedic Coaching programs.<\/span><\/div>

<\/div>
My mission is to help others begin their journey of self-discovery and awaken to a world of inner knowing, connection, and enlightenment, with happiness and freedom as a way of life.<\/span><\/div>

<\/div>
I believe this journey of expansion and becoming can be made easier with the help of Yoga and Ayurvedic living.<\/div>

<\/div>
